Normative requirements

Directive 2002/58/EC ("ePrivacy Directive"), relating to the "processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector".

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (" General Data Protection Regulation" hereinafter for brevity "EU Regulation" or "RGPD" or "GDPR").

No. 101 of 10 AUGUST 2018, concerning the provisions for the adaptation of national legislation to regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data as well as to the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

In relation to the personal data that Arianna Manzo will come into possession of, we wish to inform you of the following:

Owner and manager of the treatment
Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons (jointly hereinafter "Data") may be processed and will form the object, in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and in compliance with the confidentiality obligations which inspire the activity of Arianna Manzo, of the treatment pursuant to art. 4 of the EU Regulation. The treatments connected to the web services of this site take place at the headquarters of the owner and are only handled by technical personnel duly in charge of the treatment, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.

Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could allow users to be identified. The data may also be communicated following inspections or checks (if requested), to all the inspection bodies responsible for checks and controls relating to the regularity of legal obligations.

Rights of the interested parties
The personal data protection legislation expressly provides for certain rights for the subjects to whom the data refer. In particular, in relation to the processing of the aforementioned data, based on art. 15 et seq. of the Regulation, we remind you of the right to obtain access to personal data concerning you; the rectification of data (correction of inaccurate data or integration), the cancellation of data processed in violation of the law or if one of the reasons specified by article 17 of the GDPR exists, as well as the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the rights indicated here have not been recognised.

Password and user security
Some services offered in the Customer Area (where existing) require a registration procedure for reasons of confidentiality and security; the user will have to create his own access code (password) which will be essential, together with the user-id, to access the protected services. The user can change his password at any time by following the instructions provided by the system.

The user is solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy and confidentiality of his user-id and/or password and is solely responsible for it. The user assumes exclusive responsibility for all his activities in the context of navigation on this site and undertakes to immediately notify the Owner of any violation of security, even by third parties, of which he becomes aware; it also undertakes to indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from any claim, demand or threat relating to or deriving from navigation on this site.

Law and jurisdiction
The interpretation and execution of these conditions are governed by Italian law. The Court of Rome (Italy) will have exclusive jurisdiction over any controversy related to these conditions, unless otherwise provided by law. The Owner reserves the right to obtain urgent remedies from any Court, even abroad, to protect its interests and enforce its rights.
